Uruguay qualify for the semifinals and will face Peru.

Tragic fate experienced by Argentina in the Copa America 2011. Argentina was eliminated in the quarterfinals after removed Uruguay on penalties 5-4 (1-1) at Estadio Brigadier General Estanislao López, Santa Fe, Sunday, July 17, 2011 morning GMT.
