Making its debut at the 2011 Chicago Auto show, the newly refined Acura TL delivers fresh looks, improved performance and upgraded technology. Most apparent are the visual changes that incorporate new front and rear styling, but also present is a new Sequential SportShift 6-speed automatic transmission for improved performance and fuel economy, a revised interior and a host of technology upgrades.
the new generation 2012 Acura TL had its world debut today at the Chicago auto show. The 2012 Acura TL will be put on sale with a refined 3.5-liter V6 engine, featuring various friction-reduction technologies, while the 3.5-liter and 3.7-liter engines have received a new air inlet system. The 2012 Acura TL will be offered with an output of 280 hp and a front-wheel-drive system and a 305 hp version equipped with the Super Handling All-Wheel Drive (SH-AWD). The 2012 Acura TL SH-AWD will continue to be offered with the 6-speed manual transmission.
The car maker says the 2012 Acura TL will offer an improved fuel consumption, of 20 mpg in the city and 29 mpg on the highway.
The 2012 Acura TL will come with an optional Technology Package which includes quite a large number of goodies. Navigation System with Voice Recognition, AcuraLink Real-Time Traffic with Traffic Rerouting and AcuraLink Real-Time Weather will all be offered with the new 2012 Acura TL. The equipment list of the 2012 Acura TL will also include ELS Surround 410-watt Premium Audio System, a 60 GB hard disk drive, USB connection, a full VGA monitor, ventilated front seats and a blind spot information (BSI) system.

With every new 2012 Acura TL is a new 4-year/50 with bumpers, a large 000 km to bumper limited warranty and 6-year/70 000 miles to the security machine.
