Valentino Rossi claimed annoyed with Bridgestone's decision to bring the severest kind of tires at the Indianapolis Grand Prix.
Rossi has appealed to the Japanese tire manufacturer, to select the tire with a softer mix for this event, because it would be better suited with a new paved path again.
"I've talked with Bridgestone at Mugello to change the allocation of tires here because of hard rubber on the tire useless. However, they do not change it so we had to arrange with five or six tires for this weekend," said former world champion seven times, Friday (26/08/2011) at Indianapolis.
Rossi confident motorcycle GP11.1 give significant progress, but he felt a lack of grip at the front tire on the second practice session. In the first free practice Rossi came sixth, and in the second practice from degenerating into a position to-11.
"I do not get the front tires grip at all. Braking and time of entry into the corner very slowly. Tomorrow we will modify it," said Rossi.
