Real Madrid coach Jose Mourinho has revealed plans to sell three players in the transfer market this summer. This decision is related to the three positions that are not included in the scheme of Los Blancos game this season.
All three players who have no place in the squad for Madrid today is, Pedro Leon, Royston Drenthe, and Fernando Gago.
"They will not be my choice because they do not fit in my plans," said Mourinho as reported by Sports Illustrated, Sunday, August 28, 2011.
The Portuguese coach is hoping the three players can quickly find a new club before the transfer window runs out on 31 August.
Since last season, their position has indeed been displaced. Drenthe for example, had to spend last season on loan at the club promotion, Hercules.
While Gago and Leon are rarely revealed to Real Madrid. Especially for Leon, Mou asserts even if he does not need a young Spanish midfielder in his squad.
"I am very happy if he goes," said Mou. Whereas last season, Real Madrid paid the price of U.S. $ 14.5 million to Getafe for getting him.
