Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini has confirmed that they are ready to bring Fernando Torres with a tag of 70 million euros or USD 817 billion more.
This bid is likely to exclude bids that Chelsea and Barcelona have given up the hunt for Torres. Chelsea and Barca are only able to provide 60 million euros of funds.
"Torres is one of the best strikers in Europe and has been playing in English Premier League for three years. But, depending on the situation whether he would come to us or not," said Mancini.
