After discussing for several days, Shaquille O'Neal finally officially becomes property of the Boston Celtics. Both parties commit themselves for two years with contract value of three million dollars, Wednesday, August 4, 2010.
So, no Big Shaq still shoe the NBA. He is joined by three big names, world basketball Paul Pierce, Kevin Garnett and Ray Allen.
"I'm proud to be joining the Celtics," said O'Neal through the club as an official statement quoted by the Star.
"For years, I've played against Paul (Pierce), Kevin (Garnett), and Rajon (Pando) and Jermaine (O'Neal). He felt much demand now as setimku colleague," he added.
The Big Shag also includes a warm greeting from the host Celtics. Celtics executive Danny Ainge President even sure if O'Neal could experience during the NBA help achieve Celtics.
