Cristiano Ronaldo dos Santos Aveiro, born on February 5, 1985 in Funchal is a Portuguese national soccer player. Currently he plays in the club Manchester United on the left wing position. He started his international career with Portugal to defend the national team since 2003.

Cristiano Ronaldo began playing football at the age of three years. Favorite team when he was young was SL Benfica. He played for the first time with an amateur team, Andorinha, when he was 8 years old. In 1995, Cristiano Ronaldo's reputation was growing in Portugal.
